Rebuilding Together Petaluma depends on financial support and involvement from our community. We believe that the neighbor-helping-neighbor ethic makes communities strong and vital. We are entirely supported by donations from individuals, corporations, organizations, grants and the hundreds of community volunteers who participate in our program.

With the current economy, RTP is seeing an unprecedented number of applications from elderly and disabled members of our community that have been hard hit by rising costs and who truly have no place else to turn.
The projects we undertake span decking, porches, plumbing, landscaping, electrical, safety upgrades and urgently needed home modifications. This work cannot be accomplished without house sponsorship from local businesses and organizations.
The RTP success formula is community collaboration. Your financial sponsorship will be leveraged more than fourfold with the donation of skilled and unskilled labor by over 500 local volunteers and in-kind materials from local businesses. House sponsors are promoted and thanked in local media, on signage at the site, on our website, and in emails that we send to 1000 supporters. Your support will change someone’s life forever.
Many companies use the Rebuilding Day as a team building event for their employees. Anyone can participate from the highly skilled to the unskilled. There is always a project where we can put your group to work. All we ask is that your team brings gloves, a sense of fun and enthusiasm and we will do the rest!
